Our philosophy
At Club Foo Foo, the barista who pulls your espresso also shakes your old fashioned. We don't separate coffee from cocktails — we treat them as the same craft: attention to ingredient, timing, and the person on the other side of the counter.
Located on Highway 81 in Starr, South Carolina, we've built a space where the morning rush and the evening crowd share the same walls, the same wood, the same care.
The coffee menu
We roast locally and rotate single-origin beans seasonally. Every drink is pulled, poured, and finished by someone who knows the difference.

Double-shot espresso, Americano, or long black. Our house blend is balanced with notes of dark chocolate and toasted almond.

Single-origin V60 or Chemex, rotated weekly. Ask about this week's origin — currently featuring a washed Ethiopian from the Yirgacheffe region.

Cortado, flat white, cappuccino, or latte. Oat, whole, or skim. We also do a seasonal honey-lavender latte that people drive past three counties for.

18-hour cold brew, served neat or on milk. Nitro on tap with a creamy stout-like finish. Iced pour-over available any time.

Loose-leaf selections from independent roasters. Matcha, chai, and herbal infusions. Chai is made from scratch here — not a syrup.

We change the menu with the seasons and with whatever looks good at the market.

The cocktail menu
When the last pour-over is gone and the lights lower, we pull the spirits out. Our cocktail program is built on technique, not shortcuts — fresh-squeezed juice, house-made syrups, and bitters we order specifically for this.
The menu shifts with the seasons. What stays constant is the standard: every drink is made to order, every glass is chilled, and nobody rushes you.

About us
Club Foo Foo started from a simple observation: the best coffee shops and the best cocktail bars both care about the same things — quality ingredients, skilled hands, and a space where people want to stay. We saw no reason to keep them apart.
We opened our doors on Highway 81 in Starr with one mission: to be the kind of place that earns its regulars. Not through gimmicks or trends, but through consistency, warmth, and drinks that are genuinely good.
Whether you come at 7 a.m. for a cortado before work, or at 9 p.m. for a whiskey sour after, you'll get the same attention and the same welcome.
